Local Delivery 4170 and 4171
We are happy to offer free delivery to addresses in the 4170 and 4171 post codes, including Bulky Items. Deliveries are made within 24 hours of the order being received (unless otherwise arranged by contacting Jo on 0409 255404)
Standard Shipping
We are working hard to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders $200* or over (not in conjunction with any other offer). Orders under $200* have a flat rate shipping cost of $11.99.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. We use Australia Post and other reliable courier services (transit times are approximate and as per Australia Post). Orders received before 12 noon are sent the same day.
Parcels posted/couriered are marked with the terms “Authority to Leave (ATL)”. The driver will leave your parcel in the safest place near your door, if no one is home. If you wish to sign for your parcel, there is an additional cost of $3, making it a shipping total of $14.99*.
When your parcel is despatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.
If you nominate a different delivery address to your billing address and the item is a gift for someone, it will be sent without an invoice or packing slip, so the lucky receiver doesn't know the dollar value.

Rural & Remote Areas Shipping
In rare cases, large or heavy orders going to remote locations may become uneconomical to ship at standard rates.
If this happens:
- We’ll contact you promptly with a revised shipping quote.
- Any additional postage costs will be charged at actual cost only, with your prior approval.
- No additional fees will ever be charged without your consent.

Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to offer a free gift-wrapping service - just indicate in your cart that you would like wrapping and the message you would like on your complimentary gift tag. We use our trademark brown paper and an array of colourful ribbon. Please indicate if you would like a particular colour ribbon used.
Important Notice:
Crackerjack Toys packs all our orders to withstand normal transit conditions, the carrier is responsible for the order’s safe delivery. If your order is delayed beyond the standard delivery time, please call our store on 0409 255 404 and we will make enquiries on your behalf. If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damaged product and outer box.
