Shipping and Returns Policies


Postage in Australia is crazy, don't you agree?  It takes forever and costs a fortune.  We are working hard to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and are pleased to offer free freight on orders $250 or over (excluding bulky items and not in conjunction with any other offer).  All orders under $250 have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.99.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.  We use Sendle and Australia Post and as per their advice expected transits to major capital cities are as follows:

Adelaide - 2-3 business days

Brisbane - Same or next business day

Darwin - 3-5 business days

Hobart - 3-7 business days

Melbourne - 2-3 business days

Perth - 7-10 business days

Sydney - 1-2 business days

When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.

If you nominate a different delivery address to your bill address and the item is a gift for someone, then it will be sent without an invoice or packing slip so the lucky receiver doesn't know the dollar value.

Gift Wrapping

We are pleased to offer a free gift wrapping service - just indicate at checkout you would like wrapping.  We use our trademark brown paper and an array of colourful ribbon.  Please indicate if you would like particular colour ribbon used.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love the products you purchase from us and as such have a no fuss return policy (for online purchases only).  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage). You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we have agreed to provide you with free return postage.  Please enclose the included returned item's information sheet so that we can process your return accordingly.

Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsellable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges for products on sale or clearance.

Please note - if you were sent your item as part of our free delivery service for orders over $100, and your return brings your total order to less than $100; then you will be refunded for the item, less the $9.99 delivery charge for orders under $100. If you return a total order for refund, the actual cost of our postage to send this to you will be deducted from your refund.

Products that are faulty or damaged are entitled a full refund of both the product and postage for online purchases only.

Instore purchases abide by Australian Consumer Law.  If you have a minor problem with a product the business can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.  When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund providing you have proof of purchase.  Refund is in the same method that the payment was received.

Customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange for a change of mind.  This is at the discretion of management.

There are no change of mind return's on items purchase on sale.

Cancellation of Orders

If Crackerjack Toys are unable to fulfil your all or part of the order we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel the order in full or in part.  You are not entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such a cancellation.

Products Missing from an Order

If there is a product missing from the paid for order, please contact us immediately via advising the order number and the product name or code that is missing.  We will investigate and advise within 24 hours.

Payment and Security

We are using the Shopify system to receive secure credit card payments.  If you would like to transfer via EFT or you would prefer speaking to someone with your credit card details, please select offline during checkout and we will contact you when we are processing your order.

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which constitute an agreement between Crackerjack Toys (ABN 94237309496) and you.  The laws of Queensland, Australia govern this agreement.
