Cancellation of Orders
If Crackerjack is unable to fulfil your all or part of the order we will contact you and you will have the option to cancel the order in full or in part. You are not entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such a cancellation.
Products Missing from an Order
If there is a product missing from the paid for order, please contact us immediately via crackerjacktoyshop@gmail.com advising the order number and the product name or code that is missing. We will investigate and advise within 24 hours.
Payment and Security
We are using the Shopify system to receive secure credit card payments. If you would like to transfer via EFT or you would prefer speaking to someone with your credit card details, please select offline during checkout and we will contact you when we are processing your order.
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which constitute an agreement between Crackerjack Toys (ABN 94237309496) and you. The laws of Queensland, Australia govern this agreement.
